  • How long does this take? 2–4 weeks for a full engagement, depending on evidence availability.
  • What do we need to provide? Access to existing documentation, stakeholder availability for interviews, strategic context.
  • Can this be adapted for other airports? Yes. The framework is principle-based, not airport-specific.
